TODAY talked to Kate Hudson, who plays Zu in MUSIC. Kate describes the movie as musical experience, a piece of art. The music is about love, finding love, about feeling worthy of love.

Kate plays a sober drug dealer, who has learned to survive by manipulation. The story brings her together with her half-sister, Music, who is severely autistic. Sia wanted to create a world where we could go inside the head of Music, see her express herself in ways that she can’t.
